Campus Ministry
Campus Ministry is a spiritual program that encourages students to build a deeper relationship with God and each other. By following Jesus' example, it invites them to actively participate in spiritual activities like school-wide prayer services, praying the Rosary, Stations of the Cross, and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Through these activities, students can grow in their faith, find spiritual support during challenging times, and foster a sense of community. It is designed to nurture the spiritual needs of the student body, helping each person connect with God in a meaningful way.
Campus Ministry offers students the opportunity to serve others and become aware of the needs within their community. It encourages students to give back, particularly to those less fortunate, through service projects and outreach activities. This involvement promotes teamwork, compassion, and leadership. Campus Ministry not only fosters individual spiritual growth but also strengthens the bonds within the larger community through acts of kindness and service. In doing so, we foster a school community that makes Jesus known and loved.
Altar Serving Ministry
Altar Servers actively participate in assisting the priest and deacon at the table of the Lord. They also partake in other religious ceremonies and processions.
Altar Serving is an opportunity for students to become closer to God as they help in rituals and traditions of our faith. It also opens students up to grow more prayerful as they learn more of the ministry and why they serve.
Altar Serving is open to students who are at least in the 5th grade and have already received the Sacrament of Communion. Training is required and takes place in September and January.
