The Athletics program at St. Brendan Elementary School exists to provide all students with the opportunity to participate, build their skill levels, and experience the positive outcomes that can result from a well planned, developmentally appropriate sports program. The Athletic Program seeks to encompass Gospel values, motivating students on the principles of responsibility, discipline, self confidence, and team unity. It is our mission to empower students, to develop their talents and abilities in a safe, competitive, and enjoyable environment while growing in virtue, develop their full potential and become a more committed athlete.

Athletics help contribute to the personal growth and development of the student as a whole. Student athletes are able to grow and refine their talent and skills through competition while promoting leadership, self-discipline, work-ethic, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Our athletic program develops a competitive nature both on the field and in the classroom. Student athletes are regarding to maintain a minimum GPA in order to participate in our program.

Sports are plated at the primary, junior varsity and varsity levels. Our coaches prepare all of our student-athletes for the next level of play by reinforcing the fundamentals and creating a team mentality. As a member of the All-Catholic Conference, our athletes compete with other parochial schools throughout the county in various sports including flag football, baseball, basketball, cross country, volleyball, soccer, and cheer.

All our coaches are trained in the Play like a Champion Today character education program, a values-driven program that focuses on creating an all -inclusive supportive environment while educating ethically responsible sports leaders.
